Managing Partner & Valuer
  • Boaz is a seasoned Land Economist and Valuation Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in land, property, and asset valuation. He is a Professional Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda (ISU) and a Registered Valuation Surveyor/Valuer with the Surveyors Registration Board (SRB) of Uganda. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Land Economics from Makerere University.
  • Boaz’s extensive expertise encompasses Property and Asset Valuation, Investment Appraisal, Land Acquisition, and Compensation, as well as Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) projects. His skill set extends to Due Diligence, Real Estate Agency, Land Planning, and Business Management & Marketing.
  • This wealth of experience enables Boaz to provide expert opinions in legal proceedings, mediate valuation disputes, offer rental advice for arbitration purposes, and conduct in-depth analyses of property investments.   • Robert is a dedicated Cost Engineer and Quantity Surveyor with over 14 years of professional experience. He is an Associate Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda, and his academic credentials include an Advanced Course in Quantity Surveying (UK) from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors/College of Estate Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying from Makerere University.
  • Robert’s expertise spans a wide range of areas, including Cost Planning and Management of Construction Projects, Cost and Value Engineering, Claims Assessment, Procurement, Risk Identification and Management, and Project Management. Simon Katushabe Abias

Social Expert & Administrator
  • Simon is an accomplished Social Expert and Administrator with a bachelor’s degree in Tourism from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from Omnia Education Partnership Limited, Finland. Simon possesses extensive experience in business development services, contract administration, and management, complemented by certifications from various international organizations. These qualifications enable him to effectively deliver diverse business services and conduct Social and Economic Impact Assessments for infrastructure projects within local communities.
  • Simon has successfully executed Business Development Service assignments for notable organizations, including the International Labour Organization (ILO), Uganda Green Enterprise Finance Accelerator, Finnish Church Aid, Adelphi, SEED, IFDC, BDSPN, Reign Group, Stanbic Incubator, and others.
